We offer healing, spiritual and awakening workshops including meditation, energy work, breathwork, yoga, massage, exercise, counseling, and other healing modalities workshops, sessions and training. We incorporate sustainable organic farming, working with Nature, into our workshops. WORKSHOPS
Our Breath of Light workshop varies in length. For the 4-day workshop you check-in on the night before by 3 PM. Lodging is included, check out is 11:00AM the last day of the workshop. Organic meals are included each day.

For the full retreat meals are also included each day. The 4-day workshop is then followed by ocean activities with whoever's available! Whales, dolphins, sea turtles. These intelligent, gentle creatures are sacred. It is a blessing to be in their midst... Other ocean or island trips may be scheduled depending on season or weather
The Workshop and Full Retreat are both for Adults or Family. Workshops are provided for children as well.
